Hello, my name is Mathias Köhnke and i live in a city called Hamburg in Germany. I got into photography in spring 2006 when i bought myself a DSLR camera after looking at all the brilliant photoblogs in the internet and decided it is time to give it a go myself. Most of my photos are taken from around the area i live and this website is a place for me to show them to all the people out there that pass by this site.

I started taking photos with a Nikon D50 DSLR, then in about November 2008 I got a Nikon D90. For analog photography, I use a Leica M6.
